All purchases from the Ultimate Positioning Store are subject to the following terms and conditions. The store is only available to customers located within Australia. All prices quoted include GST. All prices quoted are online prices only. Prices may be different when ordering over the counter at Ultimate Positioning.
Hours of Operation
The Ultimate Positioning Store is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your shopping convenience. From time to time, the Ultimate Positioning Store may not be available while we perform routine maintenance, or update our product offerings. Your use of, and access to the Ultimate Positioning Store also depends upon your access to Internet connectivity, which you must obtain at your own expense. Once an order is submitted, its status can be viewed online and links are included to track shipments. If you require assistance with any aspect of your order beyond the information available online, you can contact our Store Inquiries personnel Monday through Friday.
Privacy
The information that Ultimate Positioning collects is used purely for business purposes. We will not contact you unless it relates to an order you have placed with us, or if have subscribed to one of our newsletters. No information is passed on to any third party.
Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact Ultimate Positioning for instructions to return the product. Software products may be returned after rejecting the licensing terms, provided the software was not installed on a computer. Ultimate Positioning will credit the purchase price of the product to your credit card, less a 20% re-stocking fee, provided the following conditions are met:
* You return the product to Ultimate Positioning, and we receive it, within 30 days after the date of product shipment.
* The product must be unused, undamaged, and in working order when received by Ultimate Positioning.
* All original parts, components or accessories for the product must be included when returned to Ultimate Positioning.
The re-stocking fee may be waived at Ultimate Positioning’s discretion where the product is unopened and in the original packaging, provided you notify Ultimate Positioning of these conditions prior to returning the product.
All product returns must use the procedures below. If you do not follow these procedures, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during its return to Ultimate Positioning.
1. Please use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns AND
2. Insure your package for safe return to Ultimate Positioning, or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
If your Ultimate Positioning hardware is not working when you receive it, please contact Ultimate Positioning promptly.
Proof of purchase
Ultimate Positioning will send confirmation of your order via email promptly after you submit an order online.
Payment methods
Direct Deposit and Credit card (VISA & Mastercard) are the accepted methods of payment for the purchase of products from the Ultimate Positioning Store. At the time your order is placed, Ultimate Positioning and its third party payment processing vendor will obtain a pre-approval from the credit card company for the amount of the order. Your credit card will be billed when your order ships or is confirmed for pickup. If your credit card payment is declined, we may automatically cancel your order. Please allow 1-2 Business Days for Direct Deposit transfers to be processed into our account. Alternatively you can purchase Ultimate Positioning products through our offices. See the ‘Offices’ page on the Ultimate Positioning website to determine our nearest office to you.
Order cancellation
An Accepted Order may not be modified or cancelled by the Customer after shipment. Customer’s must contact Ultimate Positioning to request any changes or to cancel an Accepted Order prior to shipment. Ultimate Positioning may not be able to accommodate Customer’s request for changes or cancellations.

Credit card security
Ultimate Positioning does not collect or store any credit card information. All credit card transactions are processed through the National Australia Bank payment page. Credit Card details are not stored with or connected to customer information at any time.
Shipping
Ultimate Positioning ships products only within Australia. We use the following carriers.
* Couriers Please (Brisbane Metropolitan)
* Startrack Express (Australia Wide)
By default all items on your order will be shipped together, however items on your order may ship separately
* at your request
* to avoid unnecessary delay if a product is out of stock
* where a product is shipped directly from a 3rd party supplier
A signature is required upon delivery as most of our shipments contain valuable equipment. Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left the Ultimate Positioning warehouse. Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, please contact Ultimate Positioning to make arrangements for reshipment. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package before returning it to us.
You will be provided with tracking numbers and relevant details relating to your shipment once your order has shipped.

Pickup
You will receive an email from Ultimate Positioning when your goods are ready to be picked up. Please bring Photo ID with you and your order confirmation.
Order processing
We will endeavour to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it.
Orders placed on the weekend or on a holiday will begin processing the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public (QLD) holidays.
Unanticipated changes in supply can affect product availability.
Prices
Your total order price will include the price of the product (on the day of shipping) plus GST and shipping charges. Ultimate Positioning reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at the Ultimate Positioning Store at any time.
Product availability
Although every effort is made to ship your order as soon as possible, shipping dates may change due to changes in supply. Changes to ship dates may not be reflected in the Ultimate Positioning Store order status pages. We will endeavour to notify you of any delays with your order.
Ultimate Positioning endeavours to stay at the forefront of technological advancement, and for this reason, reserves the right to discontinue products without notice.
Product warranty
Unless the warranty included with a product grants you different terms, Ultimate Positioning hardware products carry a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

* Ultimate Positioning reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at the Ultimate Positioning Store at any time.
