Return and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact Ultimate Positioning for instructions to return the product. Software products may be returned after rejecting the licensing terms, provided the software was not installed on a computer. Ultimate Positioning will credit the purchase price of the product to your credit card, less a 20% re-stocking fee, provided the following conditions are met:
* You return the product to Ultimate Positioning, and we receive it, within 30 days after the date of product shipment.
* The product must be unused, undamaged, and in working order when received by Ultimate Positioning.
* All original parts, components or accessories for the product must be included when returned to Ultimate Positioning.
The re-stocking fee may be waived at Ultimate Positioning’s discretion where the product is unopened and in the original packaging, provided you notify Ultimate Positioning of these conditions prior to returning the product.
All product returns must use the procedures below. If you do not follow these procedures, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during its return to Ultimate Positioning.
1. Please use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns AND
2. Insure your package for safe return to Ultimate Positioning, or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
If your Ultimate Positioning hardware is not working when you receive it, please contact Ultimate Positioning promptly.
Shipping
Ultimate Positioning ships products only within Australia. We use the following carriers.
* Couriers Please (Brisbane Metropolitan)
* Startrack Express (Australia Wide)
By default all items on your order will be shipped together, however items on your order may ship separately
* at your request
* to avoid unnecessary delay if a product is out of stock
* where a product is shipped directly from a 3rd party supplier
A signature is required upon delivery as most of our shipments contain valuable equipment. Please note that we are not able to adjust the shipping address once a package has left the Ultimate Positioning warehouse. Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, please contact Ultimate Positioning to make arrangements for reshipment. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package before returning it to us.
You will be provided with tracking numbers and relevant details relating to your shipment once your order has shipped.

Pickup
You will receive an email from Ultimate Positioning when your goods are ready to be picked up. Please note pickup is only available from QLD office. Please bring Photo ID with you and your order confirmation.
